It’s November, it’s raining… and you want to keep yourself dry. Here are some of the latest special jackets that do the job.

>> First up is the Nike ACG K2 Expedition 3 Layer Jacket. It’s one of the most technical jackets ever made by Nike. The 3 layer Nike Storm-FIT fabric keeps the water outside. This fabric is subjected to 25 stringent wash and dry cycles before any waterproof properties are tested. All Storm-FIT fabric standards are based on after wash test ratings.
I like the colorway of this jacket but the ‘ode to the American K2 1978 expedition’ prints are a bit too much for me.

>> Like it more simple? This is the XLARGE® × Lowe alpine VENTURE STRIPE HOODY. For this jacket Japanese streetwear brand XLARGE collaborated with Lowe Alpine. The jacket can be folded into a matching little striped pack.

>> Last but not least… the English brand Berghaus. I’ve told you before about the Griffin X Berghaus collabs that I really like, but now Berghaus itself came up with something special.
Yep, the 80’s revival is over… but this is still likeable. Berghaus re-issued two of their jackets from the 80’s (and a backpack) to the exact specifications as the originals. They call it the ‘heritage range‘. Fun!
